Demystifying Pelvic Health: A Live Conversation - Webinar, 60 min, Free

Pelvic health is a foundational part of whole-body well-being — yet it’s rarely explained clearly or openly.

This live, interactive workshop provides a Pelvic Health 101 foundation paired with open conversation, creating space for learning, curiosity, and real questions. We’ll cover how the pelvic floor functions with breathing, posture, and movement, and how it can influence common life stages and experiences including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, sexual health, men’s health, and active lifestyles.

Participants are invited to ask questions throughout the session or submit them anonymously. This is a supportive, education-first space designed to offer clarity, reassurance, and practical understanding — whether you’re currently navigating symptoms or simply want to know more about your body.

Run That Race , Momma: Running and the Pelvic Floor Screening - In Clinic, 15 min, Free

Running challenges the body in complex ways — especially the coordination between breath, core, and pelvic floor. Many runners experience leaking, heaviness, pain, or inefficiency without realizing these symptoms are often linked to deeper movement patterns and pelvic floor function.

This free screening includes a series of running-specific movement tests to assess strength, control, coordination, and load management. As a pelvic health physical therapist, we’ll also look a little deeper at how the pelvic floor and core system are supporting your movement — even when the issue isn’t obvious on the surface.

You’ll leave with education on what we observe, clarity around your movement patterns, and personalized guidance for supporting your running moving forward.

  • We're Your People

Welcome to Oasis Physical Therapy! As our name says, we strive to create a haven and place of restoration for anyone dealing with pelvic health challenges and changes. Whether you’ve been to other doctors, providers, and therapists in the past or if this is your first stop in your pelvic health journey, our specialty team is dedicated to helping you meet your goals.

Our mission is to give you control over your health, both in your understanding and actions. We want you to feel confident in knowing what is going on with your body and give you the tools to make meaningful, lasting improvements.

At the end of your therapy, you leave with a new understanding of how your body responds to various factors, have gotten back to doing the fun things you enjoy, and you are confident in your ability to be successful long-term.

If you have any questions we would love to answer them, or if you are ready to make a change - give us a call and we will get your pelvic health journey started!

  • Initial Evaluation

Discussing pelvic health and other bodily issues can be very difficult - often leading to feelings of embarrassment, frustration, hopelessness, and dismissal. It is our mission to make sure you are heard and that you get the time you deserve to share your story.

Our providers have committed their careers to pelvic rehab, and we want to discover and resolve the ‘why’ of your symptoms so that we can help you achieve the long-term health you deserve.

In your initial evaluation, we will take a deep dive into what’s going on, discuss anatomy and how related bodily systems work together, and begin the assessment process. Your evaluation ultimately is ongoing across several visits, but based on your initial evaluation findings, we get homework started on the first day.

During thie visit, we hope to calm any nerves you may have, craft a solid plan, and give you peace of mind to know you are in he right place.

  • Treatment

There are two aspects to your treatment and journey back to feeling like you again - your appointments with us and your tailored home program. Your progress and experience depends greatly on your commitment to both.

We take a whole-body approach to your pelvic health. We do this by creating a space where you have full-length appointments and hands-on manual therapy, as both are essential. These visits include ongoing assessment and are very fluid. With the Oasis System, we are able to efficiently and accurately:

    • Solve the ‘why’

    • Stabilize the issues

    • Step it up

    • Secure the future

Your body changes throughout your visits, and this system helps to reflect how we address each stage and truly help you find the lasting relief you deserve.
